I am a premier elite member with the regularity of flying four return trips from San Francisco to Manila along with my other local flights and my other international flights.

The pandemic has not made it feasible to fly Philippine Airlines for the past two years. This is partially because of Quarantine policies in the Philippines that require two weeks quarantine and also because of PAL policy which has suspended flights for long periods of time.

I was told I needed to renew my ticket before it expired when talking to an agent on the phone.

I have never received any notification to do this either written or by email and I can find no indication of this on your website. I like flinging PAL because of the direct flight and having premier elite status.

For these reasons, I have remained a loyal customer, although several times in the past your customer service has fallen far short of what I received from other airlines.

I, therefore, request in the interest of continuing my relationship with Pal that you renew my ticket credit or reimburse me. The cancelation of the ticket was due to forces beyond my control.

Hi Great Day!

I would like to ask for an assistant regarding my concern, and I would like to inform you that I will not actually requesting for a refund what I'd like you to help me about my booking that supposed to be on Oct 14, 2021 which I made today Oct. 12, 2021 at 3:09pm via online and I pay thru my Gcash and the payment was actually successfully made or processed my concern here is I did not yet received my itenerary receipt or flight confirmation or ticket number right after I pay the amount of 1,594 economy seats via Gcash then the Gcash whick I call right away their hotline they confirm that my booking was already paid.

And that's my problem now because PAL didn't send me any email that confirm my ticket purchase below is the info. Of my transaction and pls. See attached files was the supporting documents.

Thank you and I'm looking forward to resolve this issue as soon as possible as early as tommorow morning Oct. 13,2021 because I must have to take my flight on Oct 14,2021 at 9am to 11am it is a emergency and urgent matter very important for me hope you understand and I will expect your quick response.

We (5)booked a direct flight from manila to vancouver, vancouver to calgary yesterday August 19 2021, We arrived at vancouver around 4pm and about to take our flight at 7pm from air canada.But according to air canada, PAL failed to reserve us seats so we missed our flight.We phoned costumer service of PAL but she is no help.This a terrible experienced booking flight with PAL especially having 6 month old and 2 year old child.

Good day, I lost my vaccination card yesterday, I only have my digital copy. Is it possible if i can use my immunization history report (downloaded from DOCKET apps) as additional requirements when flying back to the US later this evening? Good Morning Sir/ Madam, We would like to request to issue us the Airline Certificate for Mr. Fausto Gonzalez Ibañez. We badly need it for his visa application because his arrival stamp put in his old passport which is supposed to be stamp would be placed in his New Passport. We badly need to go to Manila Bureau of Immigration for the transfer of stamp from Old to New Passport. And one of the requirements is the Airline Certification as proof that he was your passenger.
