The mabuhay miles is a fraud, you'd think that you'll got your next miles free? Well think again, the greedy chinese way of doing business is "there's no such thing as FREE".

They will get you : either no seats available for those miles, fee for this and that..And the service? Their goal is to frustrate their loyal and nonloyal customers to the point of heart attack. They either play dumb or are just plain dumb. This airline is a very poor representation of how smart and intelligent the Filipino people are when it comes to customer service.

Too bad, I like to fly the flagship but it runs like the government it represents to the greedy hands of it's owner. Just like a lot of the fellow Filipinos in the US; " meron lang sana isa pang airline na masasakyan pauwi sa Pinas." Too bad, so sad.
