Very upsetting.My son's baggage has been delayed since Jan.2,2018.I had to call their Baggage Tracing Office in the Philippines in behalf of my son but they don't have a toll free number (first setback) and there's only "one" direct number which is always busy.Sent them an inquiry through "baggage_tracing@***.com.ph but didn't get any reply or confirmation so I had to try my luck again in contacting them via overseas call.I was able to get a hold of a lady then she took our contact number in the Philippines,assuring me that the baggages are set for delivery on Jan.4 (2 days behind the promised date of delivery).My brother waited the whole day and no delivery happened.My son arrived today at terminal 2,coming from a short stay in a resort,and made another inquiry directly to the desk and found out that the delivery guy did not have the contact number which he had already given to the desk few days before he left for Boracay.So the guy skipped our address and went to the nearby province to continue with his other deliveries.We're still waiting for the delivery guy as I'm typing this comment."PROUD TO BE PINOY" talaga!
