The agents from PAL don't assist at all. You call them - they don't even pick up the phone, they hang up or put you on hold. Through chat as well, they can gold you in chat 3 hours. Say to revert in 2 hours, and they will do nothing for you. They don't want to take responsibility and do their job. Please, change your customer service agent to ones who can do their jobs.

Cancelled flight

Hey.

On April 26, I had a flight from Siargao to Puerto Princesa, with a stopover for a connection in Cebu.

After arriving in Cebu and half an hour before boarding the plane, they announced that the flight had been cancelled.

When I went to the counter to understand what should I do, I was offered to wait until 6pm (it was 10am) for the next flight to Puerto Princesa.

I explained that I had already booked a shuttle to Port Barton and a hotel for that night which was already paid, and if I got on a flight at 6pm I would lose all the money.

I was offered instead to take a flight that leaves at this moment to Manila (the plane is already filling up now) and immediately afterwards from Manila to Puerto Princesa without waiting at all.

I was assured that my bag would go directly to the final destination and that I would arrive in time to board a van to Port Barton. After running to catch the flight leaving for Manila, I boarded the flight and upon arrival in Manila I rushed to the counter to get the ticket for the next flight.

When I got to the counter I was informed that the flight was closed and that there was no room on it at all.

I was told that the counter didn't mention in the email that my final destination is Puerto Princesa and now if I want to get there, I have to wait until 6pm for the next flight.

They just brought me to Manila with the promise that it would shorten my time, but in the end it made the journey longer.

After long hours I arrived in Puerto Princesa at 9pm, when there is no public transportation anymore.

I had to take a special taxi to the hotel I booked in Port Barton which cost me 4,000 pesos.

I demand compensation for this whole story, it doesn't make sense that a 6-hour flight including the waiting time in the connection, turned into a 20-hour journey with an unplanned financial expenditure of a special taxi. The service during this whole time was terrible.

I booked my flight at flugladen.de. The flight is on 01/02/2023 from Bangkok to Cebu. Now the news came yersterday that the flight was moved from 23.20 p.m. to 18.45 p.m. But i arrive in Bangkok 18.45 p.m. and i can not fly earlier. For almost 2 months have not received any response from this airline. Very disappointing , customer service is very poor. Called several times, promising to call back , so far , i have no idea where my luggage is. If i dont get any calls from them , i will report them to better business bureau and may take legal action .

Extremely disspapointed

I have a flight today November 28 @19:55 in Philippine Airline flight 659 unfortunately I missed my flight

The worse Airline I ever experience is Philippine Airlines

* you must follow exactly their policy must be 23kgs each bag 2pcs, if the other bag is more than 23 & other bag is less you have to pay AED 650(php 10,400) i didnt see the logic...

*the counter running is only 3 counter the ques is long...

*not flexible enough (eventhough you are not over weight your luggge if you didnt follow the rule of 23each bag you will pay AED 650

*un professional & unhelpful you dont feel you are the customer at all...

*not offer alternative solutions

*Not flexible, dont care with the customers
