When you buy a plane ticket on their official website, you only have the option to enter a first and last name only. My GF was concerned about her middle name not being on the ticket, so she called customer service who advised her that she wont be able to board the flight without it on the ticket.

They told her to go to the ticket office to get it fixed. They also refused to advise her if there would be any fees involved. Upon arriving at the ticket office, the agent told her that her ticket was invalid without her middle name and proceeded to collect 6784 pesos (135$) to add the name on the ticket. That's close to half the price of the actual ticket.

Called their US based customer service to make a complaint, but they told me they see nothing wrong with what happened, then offered a "tip" that next time I want to add a middle name, I should call him, and he'll "only" charge me 25$.

This airline is a fraud. Fly a reputable airline to and from the Philippines to avoid stupidity like this.
